Hey there everyone and Happy Thanksgiving. If you came here from my Youtube channel you're probably looking for the 3 recipes that I said I'd post here. Sorry this will be a tad late, but you can always make these dishes for Christmas dinner too, we do.
So without further ado. Here's the recipes.
Crystal's Kick Ass Potato Salad.
What you'll need:
Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
Eggs (Hard Boiled and peeled)
Chopped Onion
Chopped Dill or Bread and Butter Pickles Mayonaise
Mustard.
Paprika (optional)
Chop the boiled and peeled potatoes and eggs into chunks, Add the onion and pickles, then add Mayo and mustard until all of it is covered with a lite yellow mayo/mustard mix. Add paprika over the top for garnish
Crystal's Deviled Eggs
What you'll need:
Eggs (Hard boiled) (Also depending on how many you want. 6 eggs for 12 servings, 12 eggs for 24.
Mayo
Mustard
dash of Pickle juice
slice the eggs in half either long way or short way. Take the yolk out and put in a separate bowl. Continue to do this until all eggs are cut and yolks are removed. Place halves on plate. In the bowl of yolks, smash them with a fork until they're not in chunks. Add some mayo and mustard together until creamy. Add a dash of pickle juice for taste. Use a spoon to add mixture to each egg half. If you run out of mix, try filling them less to avoid running out. Add paprika over top for garnish.
Crystal's Fruit Salad.
What you'll Need:
Chopped Apples (Red Delicious recommended)
Chopped Bananas
Chopped Walnuts ( can be omitted if you have a nut allergy)
Baby Marshmallows (white preferred but if you want an additional fruit flavor, use colored mini marshmallows)
Chopped Maraschino cherries
lime juice (Just a dash)
Cool whip
Shredded Coconut (optional)
Add Apples, Bananas, Chopped walnuts, Marshmallows and Cherries together in a bowl. Add coconut if you want, Once mixed dash a bit of lime juice in it and mix it'll help the keep the bananas going brown too fast. Once served, put Cool Whip on top, and mix into your serving once ready to eat.
And that's all for the recipes. Have a great Thanksgiving and see you in the next post!
